We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product execution across multiple ventures, operating at the intersection of design, engineering, and business to bring ideas from zero to one through rapid experimentation, iterative MVPs, and user-centric thinking.

THE ROLE What you'll own here.

• Collaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and ensure alignment with venture theses.

• Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit.

• Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions that balance speed, scalability, and user value.

• Own the end-to-end product development process — from PRDs and wireframes through to launch.

• Write clear product requirements and collaborate closely with designers and engineers to execute quickly and iteratively.

• Work with engineering teams on trade-offs, architectural decisions, and product feasibility.

• Use product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement.

• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and low-code solutions to accelerate development.

• Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates to streamline builds across ventures.

• Mentor junior product team members on best practices, agile methodologies, and lean experimentation.

• Maintain visibility across ventures to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with studio goals.

What you’ll work with: Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Jira/Linear, Notion, Miro.

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…

• You have 5–8 years of product management experience in early-stage startups, venture studios, or high-growth environments.

• You have built and launched MVPs from scratch, not just managed roadmaps for existing products.

• You are technically fluent enough to collaborate with engineers on system architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs.

• You can create clarity and momentum in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments without needing detailed direction.

• You have strong user empathy, product intuition, and disciplined prioritization skills.

• You can manage multiple ventures at different stages without losing focus or execution quality.

• You are fluent in both Arabic and English.

Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, AI, or consumer technology products.
