We are looking for a Venture Architect to co-build new companies from scratch, serving as a founding CxO within a venture, owning end-to-end workstreams, and working closely with the venture CEO to turn bold ideas into real businesses.

THE ROLE What you'll own here.

• Own specific workstreams end-to-end across the full venture-building lifecycle; from ideation and validation through to building and scaling.

• Drive day-to-day venture execution: gather customer insights, test hypotheses, define business cases, build measurement frameworks, and form strategic partnerships.

• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Growth, and Tech teams on go-to-market strategy, product features, and roadmap development.

• Define and track venture OKRs to ensure measurable progress and outcome-driven execution.

• Partner closely with the venture CEO to ensure alignment across stakeholders, including C-level executives and General Partners.

• Support business development efforts across investor and client engagements.

• Contribute to developing intellectual property and thought leadership across emerging business, technology, and design topics.

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…

• You hold a bachelor’s degree with excellent academic performance from a top university; a Master’s or PhD is a plus.

• You have 3+ years of early-stage experience in tech startups, including at least one role as a founder or in a senior position with meaningful achievements.

• You have experience at a venture-backed startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, or venture capital fund; this is required.

• You understand lean startup and agile methodologies and can apply them in real operating environments.

• You have built business strategies and plans in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.

• You are hands-on, execution-driven, and demonstrate strong entrepreneurial ownership.

• You are fluent in both English and Arabic, written and verbal; this is required.

• You are a Saudi national or resident and are willing to travel across the GCC and beyond.

• Bonus: Background in product management, growth, or design.

• You Are the Founder: Our venture teams are small and independent. You will not be supporting a CxO; you will be acting as one, with full ownership of your workstream from day one.
