Fanfinity is one of those ventures, a sports technology platform connecting fans, clubs, and media through live match feeds, predictor and trivia games, CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and data-driven engagement tools. We are also expanding into gaming and stadium technology, reshaping how fans experience live sports in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to architect, scale, and lead Fanfinity’s entire technology stack, defining the technical vision and ensuring our products are robust, scalable, and built for what comes next.

THE ROLE What you'll own here.

• Own and execute the overall technology roadmap, fully aligned with product and business objectives.

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable CRM systems, gamification platforms, and fan data infrastructure.

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team across backend, frontend, data, and DevOps.

• Oversee infrastructure design and reliability using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.

• Guide backend development in Go and Kotlin, ensuring modular, high-performance systems.

• Oversee frontend development in React and modern UI frameworks for seamless cross-platform experiences.

• Implement strong DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability.

• Integrate third-party services, including payments, analytics, and loyalty APIs.

• Drive exploration of AI and computer vision to enhance fan engagement, content automation, and stadium analytics.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability across multi-tenant deployments.

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…

• You have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in senior technical leadership roles.

• You have a proven track record of scaling cloud-native applications to large user bases.

• You have deep expertise in Go, Kotlin, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.

• You are comfortable working with CRM systems, payment infrastructure, and real-time data processing.

• You have led full-stack teams and managed external technology partners without compromising execution quality.

• You thrive in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and rapid iteration cycles.

• You are based in Riyadh or open to relocation; this is an on-site role.

Bonus: Experience with computer vision, AI-driven personalization, fan engagement technologies, stadium/IoT systems, or scaling products for global audiences.
