Co-Founder – PropTech × E-commerce
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare founding-level role for a growth and digital leader ready to build a
category-defining platform from the ground up. You will be the CMO and Co-Founder of a
new B2B fashion tech marketplace connecting international brands with the rapidly growing
Middle East market, starting in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Backed by Sanabil Studio, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with world-class
product, tech, and venture teams to shape the business model, build an iconic brand, and
drive real commercial traction from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
Founding Leadership
– Own the venture end-to-end — from concept to commercial launch to regional scale.
– Translate vision into a clear execution roadmap and create early market traction.
– Set company culture, operating rhythm, and the standards that define the team.
Digital Platform Ownership
– Own the full digital stack: website, e-commerce, CRM, and marketing technology.
– Partner with Product and Tech to shape the platform experience and roadmap.
– Use data and experimentation to drive continuous performance improvement.
Brand & Marketing Leadership
– Define and own the brand narrative, visual identity, and market positioning.
– Lead creative direction, content strategy, and storytelling across all channels.
– Build a brand that makes international labels want to expand through your platform —
and regional buyers loyal to it.
Growth & Demand Generation
– Design and execute the full-funnel growth strategy from day one.
– Drive both brand acquisition (supply) and customer acquisition (demand) simultaneously.
– Own performance marketing, strategic partnerships, influencer, and community channels.
– Run rapid experiments across channels and double down on what works.
Brand Onboarding & Commercial Model
– Design a seamless onboarding journey that makes it easy for global brands to launch in MENA.
– Work closely with partner brands to ensure strong debut launches and sustained performance.
– Continuously refine pricing, packaging, and the commercial model as you learn from the market.
Go-To-Market Strategy
– Define and execute the launch playbook across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
– Build early case studies and brand success stories to drive word-of-mouth and credibility.
– Identify the highest-leverage channels and partnerships for rapid regional expansion.
Team Building
– Hire and develop the initial marketing, growth, and operations team.
– Build an environment that attracts exceptional talent and keeps them energised.
Financial & Fundraising Ownership
– Own revenue growth, unit economics, and the metrics that matter to investors.
– Maintain fundraising readiness and contribute to a compelling growth story.
– Support the raise of the next funding rounds within the first 18 months of launch.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
– 7+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, growth, brand building, or marketplace platforms.
– Proven track record scaling a digital product, e-commerce platform, or consumer brand.
– Experience managing cross-functional teams across product, tech, and commercial.
Digital & Growth Capability
– Deep expertise in e-commerce growth mechanics, performance marketing, and growth loops.
– Hands-on experience owning digital platforms, technology stacks, and data infrastructure.
– Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution — you build the plan and ship it.
Brand & Creative Thinking
– Ability to craft a compelling, emotionally resonant brand narrative from zero.
– Strong creative direction skills — you know what great looks like and can inspire a team to deliver it.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
– High ownership mentality — you treat this as your company because it is.
– Comfortable with ambiguity, fast feedback loops, and making decisions with incomplete information.
– Passion for building from scratch and a track record of making things happen.
Operating Style
– Hands-on operator who leads from the front.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
– Experience in fashion, retail, luxury, or consumer brand categories.
– Experience working with or onboarding international brands into new markets.
– Previous exposure to the GCC, MENA, or high-growth emerging markets.
– Startup or venture-backed company experience — you know how to operate with urgency
and limited resources.
LOCATION
This role is based full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to
relocate. Relocation support is available.
