As our portfolio grows and new ventures move from concept to investment readiness, strong fund operations become critical. We are looking for a Fund Administration who can build and manage the financial and operational backbone of our investment activities, someone who understands how venture funds actually run, how capital moves, and how to keep everything structured, compliant, and transparent for investors and internal teams.

THE ROLE

What you’ll own here.

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of the studio’s investment vehicles, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and operational discipline across the fund structure.

• Manage capital activity across the fund lifecycle, including capital calls, distributions, and investment tracking.

• Coordinate with external partners including auditors, legal counsel, banks, and third-party fund administrators.

• Maintain investor records and reporting, ensuring LP communications and documentation are accurate and timely.

• Support portfolio investment processes by maintaining investment documentation, cap tables, SAFE notes, and transaction records.

• Work closely with finance, legal, and venture teams to ensure clean and consistent data across portfolio and fund reporting.

• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for investors and internal stakeholders.

• Help establish clear internal processes and operational standards for fund administration as the studio scales.

THE PROFILE

You’re probably a fit if…

• You have 6–10+ years of experience in fund administration, venture capital operations, private equity, or investment finance.

• You understand how venture funds operate, including capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and fund structures.

• You’re highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing financial data, investment records, and compliance requirements.

• You can coordinate across multiple stakeholders including investors, auditors, legal teams, and internal finance functions.

• You’re organized enough to manage complex documentation and reporting without things slipping through the cracks.

• You’re comfortable building structure where it doesn’t yet exist and improving processes over time.

• Bonus: you’ve worked with venture capital funds, startup investment vehicles, or early-stage portfolios.

• Bonus: experience with cap table management platforms, fund accounting systems, or investment tracking tools.
