Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise, technology, and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses. We take concepts from zero to launch, and when a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands-on support to help it scale.

We are looking for a Product Manager with around four years of experience who thrives in ambiguity and loves building from scratch. You'll rotate across portfolio ventures at different stage some weeks running discovery sprints for a brand-new concept, other weeks shipping V1 of a fintech product.

THE ROLE What you'll own here.

• Own the product lifecycle across multiple ventures from discovery and validation through to launch and iteration

• Run lean experiments to test hypotheses fast kill what doesn't work, double down on what does

• Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and data teams to ship products that users actually want.

• Conduct user research, prototype, and validate ideas before a single line of code gets written.

• Define product strategy, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with each venture's stage and goals

• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to accelerate product development, automate workflows, and build smarter products

• Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to studio leadership and venture stakeholders

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…

• You have around 4 years of product management experience in a startup, studio, or high-growth environment

• You have a technical background; you've worked closely with engineering teams and can speak their language, CS degree or equivalent is a plus

• You have a strong design sensibility and comfortable in Figma, fluent in UX principles, and opinionated about what good product design looks like

• You actively use AI tools LLMs, copilots, no-code AI platforms and can identify where AI adds real product value, not just hype

• You've taken a product from 0 to 1, not just optimized an existing one

• You have experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce

• You don't wait for a brief — you write it

• Bonus: experience in a venture studio or accelerator, familiarity with the MENA tech ecosystem, hands-on experience building AI-powered features, data chops in SQL and analytics tools, or Arabic fluency
