TradePay is one of those ventures - a B2B trade platform for the FMCG sector in Saudi Arabia, built to improve how merchants and suppliers transact, settle, and grow. We are creating a scalable, data-informed platform that supports day-to-day trade while maintaining strong operational discipline and risk controls.
We are looking for a Head of Product to lead TradePay’s product vision and execution-shaping the roadmap, driving delivery, and ensuring the platform serves merchants, suppliers, and internal teams as the business scales.
THE ROLE What you'll own here.
Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligned with company objectives.
Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across core platform workflows.
Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Operations, Partnerships, and Legal to ship reliable, scalable solutions.
Own product requirements, backlog management, release planning, and delivery quality.
Lead integrations with external partners and service providers.
Define and drive product and development operating rituals - backlog, PRDs, metrics, release readiness, and post-mortems.
Establish product metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Design and iterate on incentive and engagement mechanisms to improve adoption, retention, and healthy usage, with appropriate controls.
Hire, coach, and develop a small, high-performing product team as the company grows.

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…
You have 7-10+ years of product experience, including in senior leadership roles.
You’ve built and scaled products in fintech, marketplaces, B2B platforms, or operationally complex environments.
You have a strong understanding of transaction-based systems, workflows, and platform integrations.
You’ve designed gamification, loyalty, or incentive systems tied to measurable business outcomes - not just engagement metrics.
You can translate business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes without needing someone to hand you a structure.
You’re comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and know how to create momentum where there is little.
You communicate effectively across engineering, operations, commercial teams, and external partners.
Bonus: experience in B2B payments, lending, or working-capital products; FMCG or supply-chain businesses; emerging-market product launches; or A/B testing and cohort analysis.
